I aim to help you adopt a compassionate understanding of how your personal life experiences have shaped your beliefs about yourself and others and how these experiences have influenced how it is that you navigate difficulties in your life so far. Utilizing this understanding, we will work collaboratively to develop and practice new and adaptive skills and create an individualized plan to support you in reaching your personal goals.
